We collect the monthly rent and transfer it to your bank account. We read the meters, collect the monthly public utility fees and forward it to the competent public utility service provider. Upon your request, we forward the bank account excerpt proving the transfer to you.

We check the state of the real estate and of the inventoried movable articles with the agreed regularity and, if needed, we also arrange the maintenance and cleaning works to be performed. We check the letters and the official notifications; furthermore we assure the storage and processing of the documents concerning the real estate. Upon your request, we can assure participation in the general meetings and keep you continuously informed of the state of the real estate. In addition, we also keep contacts with the tenant continuously so that both parties could be informed of all events concerning the real estate in due time.
