Our office is one of the few translation agencies acknowledged also by the Italian Consulate. Thus, we are entitled to prepare authentic translations in Italian, Hungarian, and English accepted also in Italy.

For the sake of work of high quality, we employ native expert translators with expert translator certificate. Translations made in Franch, Spanish, German, and Swedish are authenticated by our expert translators.

We have a proper technical background facilitating that the texts translated by us be identical to the original ones also in formal aspect. This way we are also able to insert tables and images into the texts.

In the event of authentication, the translated work is proofread by a proof-reader having the up-to-date knowledge of the given professional field in the language in question. We suggest that the texts affecting more than one professional fields and having financial or legal consequences be ordered with proofreading. Such texts are, for instance, contracts, company excerpts, deeds of foundation, powers of attorney, court orders, financial statements, studies.

For official administrative purposes, we prepare the expert translation authenticated by our office as affixed to the original document or to the notarized copy thereof, together with an official certifying clause. If needed, the professional proof-readers comment on the text in professional aspect, explaining the use of the terminologies construed under the different legal systems of the different countries.

The translations can be ordered via e-mail, fax or personally in our downtown office. We are at the disposal of our customers in our consultant office from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. We can forward the prepared translation to you via e-mail, fax or by courier upon your request. Unless requested otherwise, the texts to be translated are destroyed after a preservation period of one year.

The course of our expert translation service:

• You forward your request to us, attaching the text to be translated. We ask you to do this until 12 a.m. if possible.
• We give/send you a letter of order with a quotation.
• If you accept our offer, you return the letter of order to our office. This is necessary for the commencement of the expert translation work.
• Our office contacts the competent translator.
• Once the translation has been prepared, we forward it to you together with our invoice.
